What is your business all about? What do you sell/do?
We are a full service restaurant offering lunch, brunch, and dinner and also have a mid-size market offering an eclectic variety of cheese, cured meats, various grocery items, wine, beer, and spirits.
How long have you been in business?
We are under current new ownership, about three and a half months, but Marion Street Market's been around eight years before that.
Why did you decide to open in Oak Park?
The business was already successful but needed something new. Our food and beverage offerings have evolved immensely and the neighborhood has always supported us.
What would locals be surprised to hear about you, your business or your inventory?
The range of experience in fine dining among our ownership and management team, paired with our devout intent to offer a high level of hospitality is unique for the area. Beyond that, our culinary team is quite experimental with their combination of ingredients while their execution and presentation of our dishes are exact and artistic.
